I work with adults and teens and specialize in eating disorders, addictive behaviors, poor self-image, and other mental health struggles through a trauma lens and HAES perspective. I believe in treating the whole person; My goal is to empower you to create a life you love living. I tailor treatment to the needs of the individual. I blend EMDR and IFS with multiple other therapeutic modalities to help clients learn to nourish their mind, body and spirit.
